I have not had an outbreak since i began using Vir-L-Lysine four years ago. I used to have outbreaks every month! I have had over 100 sexual partners in my life, however, I have been in a steady relationhip for the past 3 years. My partner has not contracted herpes and we do not use condoms or any other kind of protection. I would highly reccomend this product to anyone who does not want to experience outbreaks.
